Game Summary

It was just a plain "whoopin" by AW, 12 to 3 and 48 shots to 12. After 5 scoreless minutes the roof caved in on St. Francis DeSales and within 7 minutes it was 6 to 0. Zach Ulrich scored 6 goals and added 2 assists. Line mate Kevin Hoyle played the role of playmaker with 4 assists and one goal. In all 13 Generals tallied at least a point including Goal Tenders Chloe Spencer and Trent DeLong with assists. Although AW collected 5 tourney points, they fell 1/2 point short of capturing first place in the bracket. Olentangy Orange will play Toledo Central Catholic Sunday Morning for the Championship while the Generals take on Thomas Worthington for 3rd Place. AW beat the Cardinals 12 to 0 in two periods in the 5th Place game in last years Thanksgiving Tournament. The General are now have 2 wins and one loss on the season.
