Game Summary

Upper Arlington came out of the locker room then proceeded to out shoot and out play the Generals, but the first period ended in a 1 to1 tie. After the first 15 minutes the tide turned abruptly with AW playing more physically and dominating the play. Although the Golden Bears to a brief 2 to 1 lead, the Generals first tied it on a Chris Watkins goal and then took the lead for good when Rob Witte lit the lamp with less than 2 minutes remaining in the period. Robin Aubry scored midway thru the third period and Ulrich scored on an open net goal with11 seconds remaining in the game. The win gave AW 4 1/2 tournament points.
